Answers Before You Ask
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located with easy access from the entire tri-state area. Located in Cleves, OH, we are approximately 20 minutes west of Cincinnati, just off of I-74, near the I-275 exchange.  We can be found all major map programs by name.  Our address is 6111 Morgan Rd., Cleves, OH 45002, should you wish to map us by address.
How are you different than other ranges?
Unlike traditional gun ranges, we encourage you to practice the drawing of your firearms, as well as other real life skills such as reloading techniques, overcoming malfunctions, incorporating movement with your shooting, etc. We have special shooting pits for you to practice these skills in a safe manner.
Are you open to the public?
Our courses and Impact Shootout's are open to the public.  However, our range it not.  Due to the freedom to practice real world skills that we allow our members, we need to ensure that everyone operates in a safe manner.  A set of safety instructions plus a Release of Liability waiver is reviewed and signed when you sign up.
I've never shot before.  Do I need to take a class before becoming a member?
We suggest that you be comfortable handling your firearm, prior to becoming a member.  However, we certainly welcome new shooters!  If you aren't yet comfortable with your firearm, or are looking for a bit of personalized instruction before diving in, we do offer private instruction.  Regardless of your current skill and comfort level, we always encourage ongoing education and training, in order to enhance proficiency and safety. That's why your membership includes huge discounts on training courses and private instruction for all skill levels.  Still not sure where to start, just call us and we'll gladly talk with you about the best way to get started, based on your needs and situation.  
What is your course rescheduling / cancellation policy?​
Reschedule requests will be honored until 7 days prior to your scheduled class, so long as the same course has already been scheduled for a future date and has availability. Requests made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled course date will be at management's discretion.

​​​​​​Cancellation requests made 3 days or less following the registration of a scheduled course, and more than a week prior to the scheduled course, will be given a full refund using the original payment method. Cancellation requests made 4 to 14 days following the registration of a scheduled course, and more than a week prior to the scheduled course, are subject to a 25% administration fee. Cancellation requests made more than 15 days following the registration of a scheduled course are not eligible for a refund.
What is your membership cancellation policy?​
Should the need arise to cancel your monthly membership prior to the committed 12 payments, you will be required to make up the payments should you ever want to become a member again.  Example:  After 9 monthly payments, you contact us and wish to cancel.  A few months later, you decide to rejoin.  You will then owe us 3 payments prior to rejoining (as well as be subject to any membership rate changes if the price has since increased)

When you sign up for membership, you can not "freeze" or pause your membership for any reason without penalty.  Monthly payments are offered for convenience but the expectation is that you commit to 1 year (12 payments).  
What happens if I need to change my credit card on file or my card expires?​
Credit cards used for monthly recurring payments can be changed at any time.  Contact us for a secure link to update your card on file or call us at 513-579-1405 and we can update the card over the phone.

If your payment fails for any reason (insufficient funds, expired card, etc), you will receive emails with a link to fix your card every other day until the issue is fixed.  If card is not updated or you have not contacted us within 14 days of failure, your keycard will be shut off and you will not be able to use the range.  You will also be subject to a $25 fee.
